- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 10(1) Akta Kanak-Kanak 2001 [Akta 611], Menteri melantik Pegawai Kebajikan Masyarakat yang dinamakan dalam Jadual sebagai Pegawai Akhlak bagi maksud Akta berkuat kuasa mulai 20 Oktober 2011 dan selama tempoh mereka berkhidmat dengan Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat Malaysia. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 10(1) of the Child Act 2001 [Act 611], the Minister appoints the Social Welfare Officers named in the Schedule as Probation Officers for the purposes of the Act with effect from 20 October 2011 and for the period they serve with the Department of Social Welfare Malaysia.
