IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 13 of the Child Care Centre Act 1984
[Act 308], the Minister appoints the persons named in the Schedule as authorized officers for the purpose of the Act with effect from 20 October 2011, for the period they serve with the Department of Social Welfare Malaysia.
