IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code

[Act 56/1965] as modified by the Federal Territory (Modification of National Land Code)

Order 1974 [P.U. (A) 56/1974], conferred upon the Government of the Federation and delegated to it by Notification published in P.U. (B) 108/2003 on 3 March 2003, the Land

Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur has reserved the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, to wit, a site for a sewerage system and services and has designated that the Federal Land Commissioner shall have control of the reserved land.
