- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 3 Akta Penjara 1995 [Akta 537], Menteri mengisytiharkan semua bangunan yang terletak di atas Lot PT 8716, Mukim Jerangau, Daerah Dungun, Terengganu dan yang dinamakan sebagai “Pusat Koreksional, Dungun, Terengganu”, sebagai suatu penjara bagi maksud Akta bagi pemenjaraan atau penahanan orang dalam jagaan yang sah mulai 15 November 2011. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Prison Act 1995 [Act 537], the Minister declares all buildings situated on Lot PT 8716, Mukim Jerangau, District of Dungun, Terengganu and designated as “Pusat Koreksional, Dungun, Terengganu”, to be a prison for the purposes of the Act for the imprisonment or detention of person lawfully in custody with effect from 15 November 2011.
