- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsections 40(1), (2) and (3) of the Administration of Islamic Law (Federal Territories) Act 1993 [Act 505], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, on the advice of the Minister, constitutes the Syariah Appeal Court, Syariah High Court and Syariah Subordinate Court for the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur at the Syariah Courts Complex of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, No. 71, Jalan Sri Hartamas 1, Taman Sri Hartamas, 50676 Kuala Lumpur with effect from 24 October 2011. Revocation 2. The Constitution and Revocation of Constitution of the Kadis Courts of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur [P.U. (B) 702/1990] is revoked.
