- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 5(1) Akta Suruhanjaya Pelantikan Kehakiman 2009 [Akta 695], Perdana Menteri telah melantik Tan Sri Dato’ Abdull Hamid bin Embong sebagai anggota Suruhanjaya di bawah perenggan 5(1)(e) mulai 1 Oktober 2011 hingga 30 September 2013. Pembatalan 2. Pelantikan Tan Sri Dato’ Zulkefli bin Ahmad Makinudin sebagai anggota Suruhanjaya di bawah perenggan 5(1)(e) yang disiarkan dalam Warta pada 17 Ogos 2011 [P.U. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 5(1) of the Judicial Appointments Commission Act 2009 [Act 695], the Prime Minister has appointed Tan Sri Dato’ Abdull Hamid bin Embong as a member of the Commission under paragraph 5(1)(e) with effect from 1 October 2011 until 30 September 2013. Revocation 2. The appointment of Tan Sri Dato’ Zulkefli bin Ahmad Makinudin as a member of the Commission under paragraph 5(1)(e) as published in the Gazette on 17 August 2011 [P.U.
