- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 7(1) Akta Penjara 1995 [Akta 537], Menteri menetapkan lokap di Balai Polis Ayer Hitam, Bandar Seri Jempol, Negeri Sembilan sebagai tempat bagi pengurungan orang yang direman atau dihukum dengan apa-apa tempoh pemenjaraan yang tidak melebihi satu bulan. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 7(1) of the Prison Act 1995 [Act 537], the Minister appoints the lock-up in the Ayer Hitam Police Station, Bandar Seri Jempol, Negeri Sembilan to be a place for the confinement of persons remanded or sentenced to such terms of imprisonment not exceeding one month.
