Preamble

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965] sebagaimana yang diubahsuaikan oleh Perintah Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan (Pemerluasan dan Ubah Suaian Kanun Tanah Negara) 2009 [P.U. (A) 454/2009], yang diberikan kepada Kerajaan Persekutuan dan yang diwakilkan kepadanya melalui Pemberitahuan yang disiarkan dalam P.U. (B) 242/2010 pada 10 Mei 2010, Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan telah merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk rekreasi awam dan telah menetapkan bahawa Ketua Setiausaha Kementerian Wilayah Persekutuan dan Kesejahteraan Bandar hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu.
