- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 31(2) of the Excise Act 1976 [Act 176], the Minister appoints the persons named in the Schedule as members of the Licensing Board for the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur for a period of three years with effect from 1 August 2011 to 31 December 2013.
