- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 11(1) Akta Pihak Berkuasa Kemajuan Pekebun Kecil Perusahaan Getah 1972 [Akta 85], Pihak Berkuasa Kemajuan Pekebun Kecil Perusahaan Getah, dengan persetujuan Menteri telah melantik Dato’ Haji Wan Mohamad Zuki bin Haji Mohamad sebagai Ketua Pengarah Pihak Berkuasa mulai 27 Julai 2011. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 11(1) of the Rubber Industry Smallholders Development Authority Act 1972 [Act 85], the Rubber Industry Smallholders Development Authority, with the approval of the Minister, has appointed Dato’ Haji Wan Mohamad Zuki bin Haji Mohamad as the Director General of the Authority with effect from 27 July 2011. Revocation 2. The appointment of Datuk Mohammad Izat bin Lebai Hasan as the Director General of the Authority as published in P.U.
