- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan kepada saya oleh seksyen 43 Akta Bantuan Bersama dalam Perkara Jenayah 2002 [Akta 621], saya, Tan Sri Abdul Gani Patail, Peguam Negara Malaysia, dengan ini mewakilkan kuasa saya di bawah Akta itu yang berhubungan dengan pelaksanaan permintaan bagi bantuan bersama dalam perkara jenayah kepada dan daripada Malaysia kepada Datuk Azailiza Mohd Ahad, Timbalan Peguam Cara Negara I.

- IN exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 43 of the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Act 2002 [Act 621], I, Tan Sri Abdul Gani Patail, Attorney General of Malaysia, hereby delegate my powers under the Act relating to the execution of requests for mutual assistance in criminal matters to and from Malaysia to Datuk Azailiza Mohd Ahad, Deputy Solicitor General I.
