- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 2A(2) of the Moneylenders Act 1951 [Act 400], the Minister exempts the Malaysian Biotechnology Corporation Sdn Bhd from all of the provisions of the Act for a period of seven years with effect from the date of this Notification published in the Gazette.
