Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 36(3) dan perenggan 36(4)(a) Akta Kualiti Alam Sekeliling 1974 [Akta 127], Menteri melantik orang yang dinamakan dalam Jadual Pertama sebagai Pengerusi dan Timbalan Pengerusi Lembaga Rayuan dan orang yang dinamakan dalam Jadual Kedua sebagai orang yang boleh diminta oleh Pengerusi untuk berkhidmat sebagai ahli Lembaga Rayuan, bagi tempoh tiga tahun berkuat kuasa mulai tarikh pelantikan ini disiarkan dalam Warta.

APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN, DEPUTY CHAIRMAN AND MEMBERS OF THE APPEAL
BOARD
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 36(3) and paragraph 36(4)(a) of the
Environmental Quality Act 1974 [Act 127], the Minister appoints the persons named in the First Schedule as the Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the Appeal Board and the persons named in the Second Schedule to be the persons who may be called upon by the
Chairman to serve as members of the Appeal Board, for a period of three years with effect from the date of the publication of this appointment in the Gazette.
