- IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 5(1)(b) of the Federal Lands Commissioner Act 1957 [Act 349], the Federal Lands Commissioner designated Anesh a/l Ganason to sign all deeds, documents and other instruments relating to land applications, grants drafts, documents for charge and discharge of charge for the purpose of subsection 5(1) of the Act with effect from 5 July 2012.
