- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 3 Akta Penjara 1995 [Akta 537], Menteri mengisytiharkan semua bangunan yang terletak di atas Lot PTD 152969, Mukim Pulai, Daerah Johor Bahru, Johor dan yang dinamakan sebagai “Pusat Koreksional Johor Bahru, Johor”, sebagai suatu penjara bagi maksud Akta bagi pemenjaraan atau penahanan orang dalam jagaan yang sah mulai 10 Julai 2012. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Prison Act 1995 [Act 537], the Minister declares all buildings situated on Lot PTD 152969, Mukim Pulai, Daerah Johor Bahru, Johor and designated as “Pusat Koreksional Johor Bahru, Johor”, to be a prison for the purposes of the Act for the imprisonment or detention of persons lawfully in custody with effect from 10 July 2012.
