Opening note

Preamble

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 61(2) Akta Pencegahan Pengubahan Wang Haram dan Pencegahan Pembiayaan Keganasan 2001 [Akta 613], notis diberikan kepada mana-mana pihak ketiga yang menuntut mempunyai apa-apa kepentingan mengenai harta yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual yang menjadi hal perkara dalam prosiding di bawah subseksyen 56(1) dan 61(2) Akta terhadap Perniagaan AK Maju (No. Pendaftaran Perniagaan: MA0156120-A) dan Bok Ah Kow (No. KP. 440521- 04-5079) supaya hadir di hadapan Mahkamah Tinggi 1, Kuala Lumpur pada 20 September 2012 jam 8.30 pagi untuk menunjukkan sebab mengapa harta itu tidak boleh dilucuthakkan.

Perniagaan AK Maju (Business Registration No.: MA0156120-A) and Bok Ah Kow

(NRIC. No. 440521-04-5079) to attend before the High Court 1, Kuala Lumpur on 20 September 2012 at 8.30 a.m. to show cause as to why the property shall not be forfeited.
