Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 6(3) Ordinan Perkapalan Saudagar 1952 [Ord. 70/1952], Menteri mengubah had bagi Pelabuhan Klang yang telah ditetapkan dalam Pemberitahuan Undang-Undang No. 73 Tahun 1953 dengan menggantikan butiran 79 dengan butiran yang berikut: “79. Port Klang ... .The areas enclosed by the following imaginary lines:

Latitude 02° 54.12’ North, Longitude 101° 14.00’ East, thence along the coastline to position (K) at Latitude 03° 04.08’ North,
Longitude 101° 19.51’ East and returning to position (A) including all jetties, landing places, piers, wharves, quays, docks and other similar works within or without the high-water mark and any portion of shore or bank within 45.72 meters of the high-water mark, subject to any right of existing private properties.”.

DECLARATION OF ALTERATION OF PORT LIMITS OF KLANG

Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 6(3) of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance 1952 [Ord. 70/1952], the Minister alters the port limits of Klang as defined in the Legal Notification No. 73 of 1953 by substituting for item 79 the following item: “79. Port Klang ... .The areas enclosed by the following imaginary lines:
