PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 61(2) Akta Pencegahan Pengubahan Wang Haram dan Pencegahan Pembiayaan Keganasan 2001 [Akta 613], notis diberikan kepada mana-mana pihak ketiga yang menuntut mempunyai apa-apa kepentingan mengenai harta yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual yang menjadi hal perkara dalam prosiding di bawah subseksyen 56(1) dan 61(2) Akta terhadap Eruwun Tueje Rick (No. Passport: A00907187) dan Yee Cheu Lin (No. KP. 740917-04-5424) supaya hadir di hadapan Mahkamah Tinggi 2, Kuala Lumpur pada 9 November 2012 jam 8.30 pagi untuk menunjukkan sebab mengapa harta itu tidak boleh dilucuthakkan.
