- PURSUANT to the powers conferred by paragraph 27(2)(a) of the National Heritage Act 2005 [Act 645], the Commissioner revokes the notice in relation to the intention to designate the site in item 14 in the Notice of Intention to Designate Site as Heritage Site [P.U. (B) 24/2012] published in the Gazette on 19 January 2012 as a heritage site.
