- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 2A(2) of the Moneylenders Act 1951 [Act 400], the Minister exempts the ASEAN Infrastructure Fund Limited from all of the provisions of the Act for a period of thirty years with effect from the date of publication of this Notification in the Gazette.
