Preamble

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 8 Akta Hari Kelepasan 1951 [Akta 369], sebagaimana yang diperluas dan diubah suai oleh Perintah Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan (Peluasan dan Ubah Suaian Akta Hari Kelepasan 1951) 2005 [P.U. (A) 511/2005], Perdana Menteri menetapkan 11 April 2012 sebagai hari kelepasan am di Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan sebagai tambahan kepada hari yang disebut dalam

Jadual Pertama Akta.

HOLIDAYS ACT 1951

NOTIFICATION UNDER SECTION 8

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Holidays Act 1951 [Act 369], as extended and modified by the Federal Territory of Labuan (Extension and Modification of Holidays Act 1951) Order 2005 [P.U. (A) 511/2005], the Prime Minister appoints 11 April 2012 as a public holiday in the Federal Territory of Labuan in addition to the days mentioned in the First Schedule of the Act.
