- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 40C(2) Akta Takaful 1984 [Akta 312], Menteri, atas syor Ketua Pengarah, membatalkan Pemberitahuan di bawah Subseksyen 40C(2) [P.U. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 40C(2) of the Takaful Act 1984 [Act 312], the Minister, on the recommendation of the Director General, revokes the Notification under Subsection 40C(2) [P.U. (B) 465/2008] published on 3 December 2008 with effect from 30 June 2013.
