- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 30D(2) Akta Bank Islam 1983 [Akta 276], Menteri, atas syor Bank Negara, membatalkan Pemberitahuan di bawah Subseksyen 30D(2) [P.U. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 30D(2) of the Islamic Banking Act 1983 [Act 276], the Minister, on the recommendation of the Central Bank, revokes the Notification under Subsection 30D(2) [P.U. (B) 365/2008] published on 11 September 2008 with effect from 30 June 2013.
