- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 3 Akta Pilihan Raya 1958 [Akta 19], Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya, dengan kelulusan Yang di-Pertuan Agong, melantik Setiausaha Majlis Daerah Besut sebagai pegawai penguat kuasa bagi Bahagian Pilihan Raya Negeri N. 01 Kuala Besut dalam Negeri Terengganu, bagi maksud pilihan raya kecil Bahagian Pilihan Raya Negeri itu. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Elections Act 1958 [Act 19], the Election Commission, with the approval of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, appoints the Secretary of Besut District Council to be the enforcement officer for the State Constituency of N. 01 Kuala Besut in the State of Terengganu, for the purpose of by-election of that State Constituency.
