- PURSUANT to paragraph (b) of the definition of “authorized officer” in subsection 2(1) of the Pesticides Act 1974 [Act 149], the Minister designates the public officers named in the Schedule as authorized officers with effect from 1 August 2013 and for the period they serve after such date with the Department of Agriculture.
