Preamble

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 4(1) Akta Penyemakan Undang-Undang 1968 [Akta 1], Ketua Hakim Negara Mahkamah Persekutuan telah melantik suatu Jawatankuasa Penyemak Undang-Undang yang mengandungi ahli yang dinamakan dalam Jadual bagi tempoh dua tahun mulai 1 November 2012.

REVISION OF LAWS ACT 1968

APPOINTMENT UNDER SUBSECTION 4(1)

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 4(1) of the Revision of Laws Act 1968

[Act 1], the Chief Justice of the Federal Court has appointed a Law Revision Committee comprising the members named in the Schedule for a period of two years with effect from 1 November 2012.
