Bhd. daripada pemakaian perenggan 5(1)(a) dan (b) Akta berkenaan dengan senjata dan amunisi yang dimaksudkan semata-mata bagi maksud pameran di “3rd General Police and Special Equipment Exhibition and Conference Asia 2013 (GPEC ASIA 2013)” bagi tempoh dua minggu mulai 25 September 2013 hingga 11 Oktober 2013. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 60 of the Arms Act 1960 [Act 206], the Minister exempts the Director of JIM Project & Expo Logistics (M) Sdn. Bhd. from the application of paragraphs 5(1)(a) and (b) of the Act in respect of arms and ammunition intended solely for the purpose of display at the “3rd General Police and Special Equipment Exhibition and Conference Asia 2013 (GPEC ASIA 2013)” for a period of two weeks from 25 September 2013 to 11 October 2013.
