- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 3(1)(e) Peraturan-Peraturan Pilihan Raya (Pengundian Pos) 2003 [P.U. (A) 185/2003], Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya menetapkan orang yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual yang merupakan anggota bagi kategori orang yang diperihalkan dalam ruang (2) Jadual sebagai pengundi pos. Pembatalan 2. Pemberitahuan di bawah perenggan 3(1)(e) yang disiarkan dalam Warta pada 5 Julai 2013 [P.U. (B) 283/2013] dibatalkan. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 3(1)(e) of the Elections (Postal Voting) Regulations 2003 [P.U. (A) 185/2003], the Election Commission designates the persons specified in column (1) of the Schedule being members of the category of persons described in column (2) of the Schedule as postal voters. Revocation 2. The Notification under paragraph 3(1)(e) as published in the Gazzette on 5 July 2013 [P.U. (B) 283/2013] is revoked. P.U. (B) 394 3 JADUAL/SCHEDULE
