- MENURUT peraturan 9 Peraturan-Peraturan Pilihan Raya (Pendaftaran Pemilih) 2002 [P.U. (A) 293/2002], Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya menentukan bahawa Daftar Pemilih Induk Tahun 2012 yang diperakui pada 27 Ogos 2013 dan diwartakan pada 29 Ogos 2013 [P.U. (B) 363/2013], Daftar Pemilih Tambahan bagi Suku Pertama Tahun 2013 yang diperakui pada 7 Jun 2013 dan diwartakan pada 11 Jun 2013 [P.U. (B) 260/2013], dan Daftar Pemilih Tambahan bagi Suku Kedua Tahun 2013 yang diperakui pada 27 Ogos 2013 dan diwartakan pada 30 Ogos 2013 [P.U. Preamble
- PURSUANT to regulation 9 of the Elections (Registration of Electors) Regulations 2002 [P.U. (A) 293/2002], the Election Commission determines that the Principal Electoral Roll of the Year 2012 certified on 27 August 2013 and gazetted on 29 August 2013 [P.U. (B) 363/2013], the Supplementary Electoral Roll for the First Quarter of the Year 2013 certified on 7 June 2013 and gazetted on 11 June 2013 [P.U. (B) 260/2013], and the Supplementary Electoral Roll for the Second Quarter of the Year 2013 certified on 27 August 2013 and gazetted on 30 August 2013 [P.U. (B) 365/2013], to be used in the by-election of the N. 20 Sungai Limau in the State of Kedah.
