- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh Fasal (5) Perkara 42 Perlembagaan Persekutuan, Yang di-Pertuan Agong telah melantik Dato’ Seri Setia DiRaja J.J. Raj (Jr.) menjadi anggota Lembaga Pengampunan bagi Wilayah-Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Labuan dan Putrajaya yang ditubuhkan di bawah Fasal (11) Perkara 42 bagi tempoh tiga tahun berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Februari 2013 hingga 31 Januari 2016. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (5) of Article 42 of the Federal Constitution, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong has appointed Dato’ Seri Setia DiRaja J.J. Raj (Jr.) to be a member of the Pardons Board for the Federal Territories of Kuala Lumpur, Labuan and Putrajaya constituted under Clause (11) of Article 42 for a period of three years with effect from 1 February 2013 until 31 January 2016.
