Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 2 Akta Kuarantin Tumbuhan 1976 [Akta 167], dalam takrif “makhluk perosak berbahaya”, Menteri mengisytiharkan makhluk perosak yang disenaraikan dalam Jadual sebagai makhluk perosak berbahaya bagi maksud Akta.

- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Plant Quarantine Act 1976 [Act 167], in the definition of “dangerous pest”, the Minister declares the pests listed in the Schedule to be dangerous pests for the purposes of the Act.

This Declaration comes into operation on 15 November 2013.
