PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 61(2) Akta Pencegahan Pengubahan Wang Haram dan Pencegahan Pembiayaan Keganasan 2001 [Akta 613], notis diberikan kepada mana-mana pihak ketiga yang menuntut apa-apa kepentingan mengenai harta yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual yang menjadi hal perkara dalam pertuduhan terhadap Azli bin Abdul Rahman (No. KP. 650330-08-6033), supaya hadir di hadapan Mahkamah Sesyen 2, Seremban pada 30 April 2014 jam 9.00 pagi untuk menunjukkan sebab mengapa harta itu tidak boleh dilucuthakkan.
