- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 60 of the Arms Act 1960 [Act 206], the Minister exempts His Excellency BARACK OBAMA, President of the United States of America and his officials from the application of subsection 3(2) of the Act in respect of arms and ammunition intended solely for the purpose of the President’s State Visit to Malaysia for the period from 17 April 2014 to 5 May 2014.
