[P.U. (A) 356/2010] published in the Federal Government Gazette on 20 October 2010, the Malaysia Co-operative Societies Commission has appointed Mohd Nasir bin Mohd
Nor to assume control of the whole of the property, business, activities and affairs of the
Koperasi Kakitangan Kerajaan dan Badan-Badan Berkanun Terengganu (KOKANUN)
Berhad and its related corporations, and carry on the whole of its business, activities and affairs:

AND WHEREAS, by the Co-operative Societies (Assumption of Control) (Replacement)
Order 2013 [P.U. (A) 83/2013] and the Co-operative Societies (Assumption of Control)
(Reappointment) Order 2013 [P.U. (A) 175/2013] published in the Federal Government
Gazette on 5 March 2013 and 11 June 2013 respectively, the Malaysia Co-operative
Societies Commission has appointed Haji Mohd Azmy bin Deris to assume control of the whole of the property, business, activities and affairs of the Koperasi Kakitangan
Kerajaan dan Badan-Badan Berkanun Terengganu (KOKANUN) Berhad and its related corporations, and carry on the whole of its business, activities and affairs:

AND WHEREAS, the Malaysia Co-operative Societies Commission has held an annual general meeting of the delegates of the Koperasi Kakitangan Kerajaan dan Badan-Badan
Berkanun Terengganu (KOKANUN) Berhad on 15 June 2013 and twelve Board members have been duly appointed at the annual general meeting of the delegates:

NOW THEREFORE, the Malaysia Co-operative Societies Commission gives notice under subsection 69D(4) of the Co-operative Societies Act 1993 [Act 502] that the assumption of control of the whole of the property, business, activities and affairs of the Koperasi
Kakitangan Kerajaan dan Badan-Badan Berkanun Terengganu (KOKANUN) Berhad and its related corporations made under subsection 69(2) of the Act has been completed on 15 June 2013, and the Malaysia Co-operative Societies Commission submits the whole of

Badan-Badan Berkanun Terengganu (KOKANUN) Berhad and its related corporations to the newly elected Board.
