- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the Drug Dependants (Treatment and Rehabilitation) Act 1983 [Act 283], the Minister has appointed the Board of Visitors for the Karangan Narcotics Addiction Rehabilitation Centre, Kedah consisting of the Chairman and members named in the Schedule for a period of three years with effect from 1 December 2013.
