- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 11 Akta Penagih Dadah (Rawatan dan Pemulihan) 1983 [Akta 283], Menteri telah melantik suatu Lembaga Pelawat bagi Pusat Pemulihan Penagihan Narkotik Bukit Mertajam, Pulau Pinang yang terdiri daripada Pengerusi dan anggota yang dinamakan dalam Jadual bagi tempoh tiga tahun berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Disember 2013. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the Drug Dependants (Treatment and Rehabilitation) Act 1983 [Act 283], the Minister has appointed the Board of Visitors for the Bukit Mertajam Narcotics Addiction Rehabilitation Centre, Penang consisting of the Chairman and members named in the Schedule for a period of three years with effect from 1 December 2013.
