PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 61(2) Akta Pencegahan Pengubahan Wang Haram dan Pencegahan Pembiayaan Keganasan 2001 [Akta 613], notis diberikan kepada mana-mana pihak ketiga yang menuntut apa-apa kepentingan mengenai harta yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual yang menjadi hal perkara dalam prosiding di bawah subseksyen 56(1) dan 61(2) Akta terhadap Manal Hamdour Ghandour (No. Pasport: PC 356207), supaya hadir di hadapan Mahkamah Tinggi 1, Kuala Lumpur pada 25 Jun 2014 jam 8.30 pagi untuk menunjukkan sebab mengapa harta itu tidak boleh dilucuthakkan.

Manal Hamdour Ghandour (Passport No.: PC 356207), to attend before the High Court 1,

Kuala Lumpur on 25 June 2014 at 8.30 a.m. to show cause as to why the property shall not be forfeited.
