ROAD TRANSPORT ACT 1987
NOTICE UNDER SUBSECTION 70(2)
The Dato Bandar Kuala Lumpur, after consultation with the Director General for Road
Transport, proposes to make an order under subsections 70(1) and (2) of the
Road Transport Act 1987 [Act 333], the effect of which will be to prohibit the driving of all vehicles on the part of the road specified in column (1) of the First Schedule, as shown on the map in the Second Schedule, otherwise than in the directions specified in column (2) of the First Schedule, with effect from the date specified in column (3) of the
First Schedule.
Objections to the proposal, if any, must be sent in writing to the Dato Bandar
Kuala Lumpur on or before 15 August 2014 at the Jabatan Pengangkutan Bandar,
