PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 61(2) Akta Pencegahan Pengubahan Wang Haram dan Pencegahan Pembiayaan Keganasan 2001 [Akta 613], suatu notis diberikan kepada mana-mana pihak ketiga yang menuntut apa-apa kepentingan mengenai harta yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual yang menjadi hal perkara dalam pertuduhan terhadap Gauthaman a/l Thangaraju (No. KP. 690810-04-5085), supaya hadir di hadapan Mahkamah Sesyen 3, Melaka pada 28 Ogos 2014 jam 9.00 pagi untuk menunjukkan sebab mengapa harta itu tidak boleh dilucuthakkan.
