- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 12 Akta Pusat Jagaan 1993 [Akta 506], Menteri melantik orang yang dinamakan dalam Jadual sebagai pegawai diberi kuasa bagi maksud Akta selama tempoh orang itu berkhidmat dengan Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat Malaysia berkuat kuasa mulai 1 September 2014.
