- MENURUT peraturan 9 Peraturan-Peraturan Pilihan Raya (Pendaftaran Pemilih) 2002 [P.U. (A) 293/2002], Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya menentukan bahawa Daftar Pemilih Induk Tahun 2013 yang diperakui pada 29 April 2014 dan diwartakan pada 30 April 2014 [P.U. (B) 171/2014] dan Daftar Pemilih Tambahan bagi Suku Pertama Tahun 2014 yang diperakui pada 24 Jun 2014 dan diwartakan pada 25 Jun 2014 [P.U. (B) 316/2014], hendaklah digunakan dalam pilihan raya kecil N. 01 Pengkalan Kubor dalam Negeri Kelantan. Preamble
- PURSUANT to regulation 9 of the Elections (Registration of Electors) Regulations 2002 [P.U. (A) 293/2002], the Election Commission determines that the Principal Electoral Roll of the Year 2013 certified on 29 April 2014 and gazetted on 30 April 2014 [P.U. (B) 171/2014] and the Supplementary Electoral Roll for the First Quarter of the Year 2014 certified on 24 June 2014 and gazetted on 25 June 2014 [P.U (B) 316/2014], to be used in the by-election of the N. 01 Pengkalan Kubor in the State of Kelantan.
