Description – Commencing at a stone at the northernmost corner of portion 147, mukim of
Kuala Lumpur, and bounded thence on the south-east by the north-western boundary of portion 147 aforesaid and road reserve bearing 218° 33’, 601.5 links to a stone on the north-eastern boundary of portion 63, mukim of Kuala Lumpur; on the south-west by part of the north-eastern boundary of portion 63 aforesaid, bearing 308° 33’, 1095.7 links to a stone at the northernmost corner of portion 63 aforesaid; on the south-east by the north-western boundaries of portions 63, 64, 65, 657, 67, 68 and 69, mukim of Kuala
Lumpur, bearing 218° 50’, 200.6 links; 218° 48’, 200.2 links; 218° 49’, 400.9 links; 218° 48’,
400.9 links and 218° 47’, 201.0 links, respectively, to a stone at the northernmost corner of portion 70, mukim of Kuala Lumpur; on the south-west by part of the north-eastern boundaries of portion 666, mukim of Kuala Lumpur, bearing 335° 49’, 3003.3 links and 297° 55’, 2072.2 links; on the west by part of the eastern boundary of portion 666
aforesaid, bearing 12° 03’, 2072.0 links to a pipe on the southern side of Damansara road reserve; thence following the eastern side of the Damansara road reserve bearing northerly to a pipe at the northernmost corner of portion 630, mukim of Kuala Lumpur;
thence following the southern and western sides of the Damansara road reserve bearing easterly to a stone on the north-western side of the access road to allotment 5, section 70, town of Kuala Lumpur, thence on the south-east by a line bearing 223° 15’, 330.5 links to a stone at the north-eastern corner of allotment 5 aforesaid; thence on the south by the northern boundary of allotment 5 aforesaid, bearing 259° 22’, 846.1 links; on the east by part of the western boundary of allotment 5 aforesaid, bearing 181° 53’, 995.1 links, to a stone at the north-eastern corner of allotment 8, section 70, town of Kuala Lumpur; and thence again on the south by the northern boundary of allotment 8 aforesaid, bearing westerly to the point of commencement.

NATIONAL LAND CODE
NOTICE OF PROPOSED REVOCATION OF RESERVATION OF LAND FOR
PUBLIC PURPOSE
WHEREAS, by Notification No. 959/1904 published in the Selangor Government Gazette on 19 December 1904, in exercise of the powers vested in him by section 8 of The Land
Enactment 1903, the British Resident has proclaimed that the parcel of land described in the Schedule and delineated upon revenue survey plan No. 2,709 deposited in the office of the Superintendent of Revenue Surveys, to be a reserve for the purpose of the Federal
Buildings to be maintained by the Director of Public Works, Federated Malay States:
AND WHEREAS, by P.U. (B) 108/2003 published in the Gazette of the Government of the Federation on 3 March 2003, the Government of the Federation has delegated the exercise of its powers under section 64 of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965] to the
Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur:
AND WHEREAS, it now appears expedient to the Land Executive Committee of the
Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur that the whole of the aforesaid reservation be revoked:
NOW THEREFORE, the Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of
Kuala Lumpur, in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 64(1) of the National
Land Code conferred upon the Government of the Federation and delegated to it, gives notice under subsection 64(2) of the National Land Code of the proposal to revoke the whole of the aforesaid reservation as described in the Schedule and that any person who desires to object against such revocation will be heard by the Land Administrator of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur at an enquiry to be held at the Office of
Director of Lands and Mines of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th
Floors, Federal House, Jalan Sultan Hishamuddin, Kuala Lumpur at 10.00 a.m. on 23 September 2014.
