DALAM teks bahasa Inggeris Akta Keterangan 1950 [Akta 56] yang dicetak semula dalam tahun 2006 dan mengandungi segala pindaan hingga 1 Januari 2006, dalam misalan (n) seksyen 14 bagi “The fact that B was habitually negligent about the carriages which he let to hire is relevant.”, gantikan perkataan “relevant” dengan perkataan “irrelevant”.

IN the English language text of Evidence Act 1950 [Act 56] reprinted in the year 2006
and incorporating all amendments until 1 January 2006, in illustration (n) of section 14
for “The fact that B was habitually negligent about the carriages which he let to hire is relevant.”, substitute for the word “relevant” the word “irrelevant”.
