PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 61(2) Akta Pencegahan Pengubahan Wang Haram, Pencegahan Pembiayaan Keganasan dan Hasil daripada Aktiviti Haram 2001 [Akta 613], suatu notis diberikan kepada mana-mana pihak ketiga yang menuntut mempunyai apa-apa kepentingan mengenai harta yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual yang menjadi hal perkara dalam pertuduhan terhadap Ng Cheng Wai (No. KP. 910123-06-5131), supaya hadir di hadapan Mahkamah Sesyen 1, Kuantan pada 11 Disember 2014 jam 9.00 pagi untuk menunjukkan sebab mengapa harta itu tidak boleh dilucuthakkan.

Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act 2001 [Act 613], a notice is given to any third party who claims to have any interest in the properties specified in the Schedule which are the subject matter in the charge against

Ng Cheng Wai (NRIC. No. 910123-06-5131), to attend before Sessions Court 1, Kuantan on 11 December 2014 at 9.00 a.m. to show cause as to why the properties shall not be forfeited.
