PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 15(4) Akta Perancangan Bandar dan Desa 1976 [Akta 172] sebagaimana yang diubah suai oleh Perintah Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya (Pengubahsuaian Akta Perancangan Bandar dan Desa 1976) 2010 [P.U. (A) 62/2010], Menteri yang dipertanggungkan dengan tanggungjawab bagi Wilayah Persekutuan telah meluluskan suatu draf rancangan tempatan yang dikenali sebagai Rancangan Tempatan Presint 5, 6 dan 20 Putrajaya dan telah mula berkuat kuasa pada 6 November 2013.

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1976

NOTIFICATION UNDER SUBSECTION 15(4)

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 15(4) of the Town and Country Planning

Act 1976 [Act 172] as modified by the Federal Territory of Putrajaya (Modification of the

Town and Country Planning Act 1976) Order 2010 [P.U. (A) 62/2010], the Minister charged with the responsibility for the Federal Territories has approved a draft local plan which is known as the Local Plan of Precincts 5, 6 and 20 Putrajaya and has come into effect on 6 November 2013.

Perbadanan Putrajaya as the local planning authority has adopted the local plan together with the markings by which it may be identified as shown on the map in the

Schedule.

The local plan may be inspected at the Town Planning Department, Perbadanan

Putrajaya, Kompleks Perbadanan Putrajaya, 24, Persiaran Perdana, Precinct 3, 62675

Putrajaya at the following times:

Monday to Thursday

8.30 a.m. to 12.45 p.m.

2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.
