- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 7(1) of the National Service Training Act 2003 [Act 628], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, on the recommendation of the Minister, has appointed Dato’ Sri Dr. Haji Ismail bin Haji Ahmad as a member of the National Service Training Council from 24 September 2013 until 25 December 2014.
