Bhd. daripada pemakaian perenggan 5(1)(a) dan (b) Akta berkenaan dengan senjata dan amunisi yang dimaksudkan semata-mata bagi maksud pameran di “Defence Services Asia Exhibition and Conference 2014 (DSA 2014)” bagi tempoh dua bulan mulai 1 April 2014 hingga 1 Jun 2014. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 60 of the Arms Act 1960 [Act 206], the Minister exempts the Director of DSA Exhibition and Conference Sdn. Bhd. from the application of paragraphs 5(1)(a) and (b) of the Act in respect of arms and ammunition intended solely for the purpose of display at the “Defence Services Asia Exhibition and Conference 2014 (DSA 2014)” for a period of two months from 1 April 2014 to 1 June 2014.
