PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 22 Akta Perlindungan Varieti Baru Tumbuhan 2004 [Akta 634], Lembaga dengan ini memberitahu bahawa suatu permohonan bagi pendaftaran varieti baru tumbuhan dan pemberian hak pembiak baka telah dibuat seperti yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual.
