- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh Fasal (5) Perkara 42 Perlembagaan Persekutuan, Yang di-Pertuan Agong melantik Dato’ Ismail bin Ibrahim menjadi anggota Lembaga Pengampunan bagi Wilayah-Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Labuan dan Putrajaya yang ditubuhkan di bawah Fasal (11) Perkara 42 bagi tempoh tiga tahun berkuat kuasa mulai 23 Februari 2015 hingga 22 Februari 2018. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (5) of Article 42 of the Federal Constitution, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong has appointed Dato’ Ismail bin Ibrahim to be a member of the Pardons Board for the Federal Territories of Kuala Lumpur, Labuan and Putrajaya constituted under Clause (11) of Article 42 for a period of three years with effect from 23 February 2015 until 22 February 2018.
