Dato Bandar Kuala Lumpur, selepas berunding dengan Ketua Pengarah bagi
Pengangkutan
Jalan, bercadang untuk membuat suatu perintah di bawah subseksyen 70(1) dan (2) Akta Pengangkutan Jalan 1987 [Akta 333], yang kesannya akan melarang pemanduan semua kenderaan di atas bahagian jalan yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual Pertama, sebagaimana yang ditunjukkan dalam peta dalam
Jadual Kedua, melainkan dari arah yang ditentukan dalam ruang (2) Jadual Pertama, mulai tarikh yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (3) Jadual Pertama.
Bantahan terhadap cadangan itu, jika ada, mestilah dihantar secara bertulis kepada Dato Bandar Kuala Lumpur pada atau sebelum 15 Mei 2015 di Jabatan
Pengangkutan Bandar, Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur, Menara DBKL II, Jalan Raja
Laut, 50350 Kuala Lumpur.

ROAD TRANSPORT ACT 1987
NOTICE UNDER SUBSECTION 70(2)
The Dato Bandar Kuala Lumpur, after consultation with the Director General for Road
Transport, proposes to make an order under subsections 70(1) and (2) of the Road
Transport Act 1987 [Act 333], the effect of which will be to prohibit the driving of all vehicles on that part of the road as specified in column (1) of the First Schedule, as shown on the map in the Second Schedule, otherwise than in the directions specified in column (2) of the First Schedule, with effect from the date specified in column (3)
of the First Schedule.
Objections to the proposals, if any, must be sent in writing to the Dato Bandar
Kuala Lumpur on or before 15 May 2015 at the Jabatan Pengangkutan Bandar, Dewan
Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur, Menara DBKL II, Jalan Raja Laut, 50350 Kuala Lumpur.
